00:02:35.480 Hi, I'm Kate Berlant.
00:02:36.960 I'm Jacqueline Novak.
00:02:38.040 And this is POOG, an ongoing conversation about wellness between two obsessive friends.
00:02:42.820 Two untamable intellects.
00:02:44.560 This is our hobby. 0.97
00:02:45.400 This is our hell.
00:02:46.280 This is our naked desire for free products.
00:02:48.560 This is POOG.
00:02:49.780 Today's topic, loosely speaking,
00:02:51.460 Focal Steamer
00:02:53.240 Sisyphusian Me
00:02:54.860 Electromagnetic
00:02:56.580 Look at us, actually in sync
00:03:01.740 Able to really
00:03:02.880 Hear each other
00:03:05.440 Converse
00:03:06.620 To converse freely with a friend
00:03:09.980 With whom you have a podcast
00:03:12.140 Well, you know, I'm conversing with three in a way right now
00:03:15.300 I'm conversing with you, myself
00:03:17.640 And the voice of myself I heard 0.99
00:03:20.000 when I listened back to last week's trying to see if the delay would fuck us. 0.97
00:03:24.940 That's why I don't recommend listening back. 0.88
00:03:26.280 I don't know if you've done that in a while.
00:03:27.840 Don't listen to the episodes.
00:03:29.260 Yeah, the mirror shatters.
00:03:32.220 I wouldn't be able to continue if I did.
00:03:34.480 A mirror in a mirror, okay.
00:03:36.640 Oh, no.
00:03:37.160 No, you were buttery soft, you were cream.
00:03:39.580 I didn't even recognize the woman I heard.
00:03:42.120 You know, she was slipping into tones that, you know,
00:03:45.460 I can only pray were interpreted playfully.
00:03:47.940 I mean, that's, that's, but they must trust the listener.
00:03:50.740 Oh, the tone is playful.
00:03:52.660 Here I am in Napoli, you'll recall.
00:03:54.720 I cannot believe you're in Naples.
00:03:56.800 I was headed to Napoli last time we spoke, I believe.
00:04:02.200 Look at you with your little cappuccino. 1.00
00:04:03.800 You're just living in Italy. 0.98
00:04:06.380 Yes.
00:04:07.040 Unreal.
00:04:07.900 So I've been working my ass off.
00:04:10.980 And in order that the times I take breaks aren't a complete descent into madness, 0.96
00:04:17.940 or things that will fuck me for trying to go back to working again i've been doing sort of like these
00:04:24.260 nutritious these mentally nutritious breaks which are the form of watching for right now 0.98
00:04:32.020 dr joe dispensa videos okay he is that the potion is that no the slurry oh sorry the slurry the
00:04:40.980 the blueberry oh no no no no no who's joe descenzo dispensa as in dispensing nuggets
00:04:49.260 he his premise is um that science is the modern language of mysticism something like that and
00:04:57.460 it's all the science of you know becoming supernatural you are the placebo all that
00:05:02.740 kind of stuff i've talked about it before but like literally being chemically we're chemically
00:05:07.200 addicted to the emotions that we have regularly because our cells in our body even if they're
00:05:12.180 stressed honey actual especially especially it's neutral it's neutral but it's it all and and
00:05:19.880 literally you have to think of this I mean it helps me to think of it the fact that the cells
00:05:24.780 have these receptor sites that they've developed for those particular things and then when you
00:05:29.360 don't you know try to give it its daily whatever okay whatever the given emotion is it screams for 0.89
00:05:36.600 it okay it's literally screaming for it fucking rules to hear that i know it's it's it's comforting 0.65
00:05:42.320 even if it's negative it's like that's deeply comforting to me just to interrupt yeah i think 0.96
00:05:47.780 about it in terms of like obsessive thoughts it's like oh you yeah you become addicted to
00:05:52.480 the stress hormones it's so wild it's very i mean anytime you can point to something being um
00:06:01.380 you know chemical or the body right yeah run for it right i mean from toward it yeah you know yeah
00:06:09.180 but it's and there's a relief because you feel spiritually off the hook right yeah yeah but then
00:06:15.340 this whole idea of of the body and the emotions um as a record of the past and so your body is in
00:06:22.560 the past and your mother's past have any change and her mother's past i mean so the things that
00:06:30.260 of flying through my head are one so if you try to make a change you know you try to have a
00:06:35.260 different emotion than you're addicted to having you know it's not gonna like it and it's gonna
00:06:42.240 fight it's gonna feel unnatural okay and boy do I hate when something feels unnatural I go this
00:06:51.860 means it's wrong this means it's wrong you know well because what's natural might be the anxiety
00:06:59.320 what's natural and familiar exactly that no it literally it literally is i mean what do you mean
00:07:05.680 by natural if you mean your body is putting forward the chemicals that are i mean it's
00:07:10.740 literally your body has made it you think about it every cell has made it that it's natural like
00:07:16.620 your body's doing something's wrong every cell that has these receptors for these chemicals so
00:07:20.740 there's that it's just so these elements of the science help me they they free me from the cycle
00:07:26.500 of self-blame and moral whatever of, you know, or, you know, spiritual, like, okay, I'm not saying,
00:07:35.500 I'm not saying words entirely. Let me just pull them together. And yet I still understand. Yeah.
00:07:42.200 So there's that. So then we have to, you know, call on something else to think, you know, he
00:07:50.240 always says you know greater than not equal to our emotions our body our current environment
00:07:56.820 and this is you know what it means to have a vision and as we know i've been around and about
00:08:05.400 okay and and i've not been at home in my routine right so i've been thrown into all sorts of things
00:08:13.300 including you know pasta neuroplasticity baby well that's the other thing he actually shows
00:08:18.520 the video and it's my favorite thing in the world what what video of watching neurons neurons
00:08:23.360 literally physically wire together and neurons pruning themselves when you stop firing them 0.98
00:08:32.260 the connections hell yeah it's here we go physical it's material folks okay so damn
00:08:39.880 so consciousness there it is right anyway and you know it's but you know becoming the
00:08:45.280 becoming aware becoming awareness you know the moment that you step back and are observing the
00:08:49.900 thoughts you're no longer the program you're the consciousness observing the program right you know
00:08:54.500 all of it but it's all but he presents it all with with the science is very satisfying and like the
00:09:00.120 second i paused you know the video to then come over to do our recording you know i sort of fell
00:09:06.240 into a thing of how i was tired yeah yeah sure yeah and overwhelmed and whatever it's just um 0.59
00:09:14.320 i've always known that you can um just change a thought and just fucking go for it like run the
00:09:20.620 thought the idea that you could also attempt that with emotion has always seemed like oh well that's 0.67
00:09:26.680 you know that's oh what am i gonna do just like feel happy like or you know kind of like throw
00:09:33.060 yourself into it like faking it sort of and it's like you could do that like just as easily as you
00:09:38.820 say words in your head you could do it you might have like doubt while you're doing it but you
00:09:42.880 still i don't know so but there's so these people the radical healings etc i love nothing more than
00:09:48.620 a radical healing and he tells a story about this woman that you know gets up does the meditation
00:09:55.780 and decided you know she needed a change and it was like she decided she wouldn't get up from her
00:10:00.200 meditation until she was in love with her life or in love with life love with life love with her
00:10:05.400 life okay and start the day okay yeah and she's still meditating folks yeah well no she completely
00:10:14.140 healed her body of massive disease you know yeah see that's the what's that what's that
00:10:20.020 documentary damn what is it it's like uh is it a pro called heal or something i haven't seen it
00:10:26.620 okay okay but it's like the guy so because so my dad my whole like childhood had the chronic back 0.94
00:10:32.740 trouble back pain back pain right pain and my dad in the living room right then in the living room
00:10:38.380 there was a period where he like his back was out when i was a kid remember there was like a hospital
00:10:43.380 bed in the living room yes you said it once i'm poop that's the only reason i would put forth the
00:10:47.140 detail yeah and he's like my whole life he's always like falling asleep in this like back chair
00:10:51.180 like he has to like sleep in the night half anyway whatever right the point is my dad who worships
00:10:56.420 you know western medicine that is the there's nothing in the house that isn't you know it's
00:11:02.580 like if you're sad take an advil like it's you know yeah and the point is he got into this book
00:11:08.460 it's this guy david sarno he wrote this book called the divided mind anyway it's all about
00:11:13.320 like the mind body connection which i'm just i say this to say my dad who's the least would be the
00:11:17.720 person least susceptible to this kind of thinking loved it bought the book for every single one of
00:11:23.260 his friends it like changed his life and it's and again i like haven't skimmed it since i was 15
00:11:28.700 i just remember there's you know marathon runner oh her knee's out she can't run and then she's
00:11:32.980 just like my dad you know like deals with something and then she can run again like
00:11:36.440 whatever i'm just saying and of course i'm speaking here in the most you know the broad
00:11:40.060 strokes but there's something i don't know if it's that documentary but i watched i watched
00:11:44.120 like five minutes something before i fell asleep once don't know what it was but it's about a guy
00:11:49.120 i think it was that that documentary on netflix called heal where this guy suffers some like
00:11:53.620 crazy back injury and he every night goes through his spine yes he like go to the vertebrae and like
00:11:59.840 mechanically goes through and it takes hours it takes like four hours yes and if he like
00:12:04.360 falls asleep he has to start again yes and he did that forever and then like not forever but he did
00:12:10.260 that for like a year yeah and then his back healed it's like something crazy literally kate okay well
00:12:17.080 first of all, Dr. Dr. Joe Dispenza himself, I mean, he healed his back, okay, from a massive
00:12:24.620 motorcycle injury. And they were about to, you know, I chop his head off. Yeah, yeah, there were
00:12:32.320 no, but they're about to put the rod in, you know, where instead of a spine, you have a rod or
00:12:35.580 whatever, you know, no mobility, but at least you're living kind of thing. The rods hovering
00:12:40.220 two inches above his his back he's like wait yeah and it's like okay you've got a month or
00:12:46.780 give me a month or whatever I forget but he but he's lying there and you know he's just done 0.74
00:12:52.260 me can't fucking move and I think he he's like well I'm lying here so I can either like do 0.86
00:12:56.080 something inside of my consciousness while lying here or just lie here and then he went into you 0.92
00:13:02.380 know whatever it's it's you know it's the whole process and there's there but I don't know how
00:13:08.720 many accounts you have to read before you believe it believe it you know and and and i'm irritated
00:13:13.600 that yeah i'm even heading in the direction of trying to convince listeners i mean honestly
00:13:18.860 okay i'm like i'm like uh read the studies they're all there and they've they've been there
00:13:25.420 endlessly oh but but here's the big thing i think i tried to tell you about this recently but it's
00:13:29.960 fresher now because i'm watching it oh but he healed his mind i mean he healed his well he
00:13:33.560 healed his mind indeed he did didn't he healed the back completely okay okay i read so there's
00:13:40.080 this other book um how the mind can heal the body this one guy he was in pharmaceuticals which i
00:13:45.440 always appreciate i gotta do that for migraines yeah although i'm just like oh it's a migraine
00:13:51.780 what no i'm just thinking why migraines and the years like the medication i've been on for 4 000
00:13:58.240 years that like probably means like if i were ever having a kid like they're like arms would
00:14:04.740 be coming out of their eye sockets say the word migraine yeah the baby's first words migraine
00:14:10.080 yeah what'd you say yeah just no i just yeah no my baby's first word is gonna be trexamate
00:14:15.320 right trexamate which is the pill i've been taking forever anyway anyway because i like to
00:14:20.860 because the other thing that i find pleasing is that when you watch the videos of the other people
00:14:25.720 who have healed and have done this to heal that that literally reinforces the your own belief in
00:14:31.360 it which reinforces your ability to do it mirror neurons mirror literally mirror literally mirror
00:14:36.720 neurons and um so then the whole thing so then you have the person get on stage talk about how
00:14:41.920 they've healed and people are throwing down their crutches okay like listening to that and you know
00:14:50.000 he was just describing someone coming up to him and going oh dr joe dr joe then why aren't i living
00:14:55.020 in santa fe okay and he's like the person with that personality whatever stuck in the past the
00:15:02.380 emotions though sorry i'm flying i'm soaring okay i'm like it's like a wild you're soaring
00:15:08.860 about the city and i'm yeah it's a wild call me back pull me back okay so because i need you to
00:15:14.200 know no no but i love this i'm i love this i'm excited one last thing i'll close it on this
00:15:21.340 yeah and i've said this before but i had it affirmed today in the video the brain electro
00:15:28.280 okay electrical signal the heart magnetic literal magnetic field okay if you bring heart and the 0.83
00:15:36.660 intention then you get electromagnetic okay so intention the secret whatever the fuck it can't 0.87
00:15:44.120 just be on the head and it can't just be on the heart bring them together you're a god 0.76
00:15:50.640 make a soup yeah completely i just wanted you to lock in on that that's um well i mean i'll just
00:15:57.240 say no i'll say that when i went to see um an energy worker who i've seen twice she was very
00:16:04.380 much like you're in your head you know we have to bring you down to the heart we have to bring
00:16:07.140 you down to the feet so it's all head all head that's where i go yeah that's gotta go back to
00:16:13.420 body anyway just had a matcha there's um a where i'm staying here in new york there's an eye like
00:16:21.860 a i've i've never done iv therapy yes you know you get like a vitamin push or whatever have you
00:16:27.580 ever done yes remember i did a couple a couple months ago and talked about it on poog remember
00:16:32.340 we were talking about the nurse the nurse who did it and and i was saying and actually it was
00:16:36.700 oh she couldn't find a weird angle she got it in but it was a slightly discomforting angle but i
00:16:41.420 hell hell hell oh christ so i got so i've been i've never done it i get scared it's also like
00:16:47.720 my mother's voice like i once mentioned it my mother was like you'll get a staph infection 0.65
00:16:52.120 or she was like you'll get sepsis who knows what those needles have been like whatever so i'm
00:16:55.900 scared and there is something that feels scary about something that's like yeah you know non
00:17:01.200 essential pseudo cosmetic like it just freaks me out yeah like oh christ but then of course i'm
00:17:07.560 like it's so so i walk by this place and it's like nurse like registered nurse iv therapy and
00:17:14.020 it's like succulents and freaking you know they have like cbd bomb and you know it's just completely
00:17:20.480 marketed to me and guess what it worked i was like i'll be safe there and so now i'm thinking
00:17:25.480 about going to get a freaking drip this week and then i have a friend who gets one all the time
00:17:29.600 and she was saying if she's you know she knows she's gonna go to a party or perhaps you know 0.99
00:17:35.080 imbibe a few extra cocktails she'll do a hydration push the day of and then you freaking don't get
00:17:42.620 hung over and I'm doing my show right now seven about to be eight shows a week and um so I'm not
00:17:49.720 you know I'm not drinking much I'll have a couple cocktails a week sure but I'm so sensitive to it
00:17:54.620 that I you know if there's a night I'm gonna have I might do the hydration push is what I'm saying
00:17:59.680 okay yeah no i think you should um you should do that premiere coming up i want to have a couple
00:18:05.080 i want to have a gibson you know absolutely yeah i'm i'm into it i mean
00:18:12.000 trying to think if it's scary how long does it take you just sit there you feel it entering
00:18:18.560 your blood like that freaks me out just just no you don't feel anything other than the needle
00:18:22.880 at an awkward angle or whatever but what and you are you i got some combo off the menu you know
00:18:28.880 like i i was like it was getting the decision the option fatigue because it's like if all of these
00:18:34.820 things are good then why aren't i getting all of them you know what i mean like oh yeah no c for
00:18:38.920 me today thanks like it just sort of feels arbitrary so i don't know i got like a bunch of
00:18:44.600 things that that at the time were the last terms that were hitting my brain from an article about
00:18:50.700 nothing you know what i mean like the most recent familiarity is a glutathione a glutamione you know
00:18:57.300 oh that's something i so one of these um healers i saw energy whatever they were like you need
00:19:07.280 is it l-glutathine or whatever yeah yeah point is i'm experimenting with a supplement it's called
00:19:12.720 like zen like yeah zen supplement and it's that yeah i will they say you could take two in the
00:19:20.460 afternoon two at night calms you down i've only done at night but i might start integrating the
00:19:24.760 afternoon i'll report back folks meanwhile and i'll just say this is a joke not quitting coffee
00:19:29.720 i imagine under no circumstance would i ever consider it no exactly exactly exactly i mean
00:19:36.020 yeah but guess what i really don't do i do maybe i do two a day maximum really but with the show
00:19:44.220 i i have been indulging in a celsius not every day we've got the celsius backstage and sometimes
00:19:51.440 let me tell you i gotta do it and you know what i got that i'm excited about i feel so you get the
00:19:56.680 still finally did you get the still finally i got the still i got the still the stage the stage time
00:20:01.980 still the green tea peach stage time still you're right the stage time still makes sense i got i'm
00:20:08.000 excited a um a vocal steamer that i'm gonna start integrating next week i'm really excited to report
00:20:12.660 pack up so you got a specific vocal my jealousy cannot like i can't tell you my heart sank
00:20:19.600 realizing i have four things at home none of them are specifically vocal last week i'm telling you
00:20:24.140 the dr gross will do oh yeah i'm like oh my show surely suffered because i didn't use no way
00:20:29.780 the pyramid i think it's called the pure mist that's why it's hard to lock in right but this
00:20:36.860 is like a handheld i'm gonna try it out but i do but you have a sensitive like my voice
00:20:41.540 does do you feel yours being depleted like i do i lost my voice and when i got sick and had to
00:20:49.080 cancel like a week of shows it was gone it was really it was really embarrassing i remember you
00:20:54.580 had sick but i didn't know that you lost your voice completely yeah no there were other times 0.76
00:20:58.660 i had like colds and i just performed a show like on um you know whatever on um whatever that shit 0.98
00:21:05.180 is that drives you out well guess what i've been doing quite religiously fend well there it is 0.87
00:21:11.200 she's finally done it and i'm not here i'm not here to go oh fend stops covid but i am being
00:21:18.640 quite careful you know i'm being covid conscious over here but definitely not being a monk but
00:21:24.360 avoiding eating indoors and whatever but i've been fending every morning and every night
00:21:29.440 every night before the show well right before you go out is when you most need it
00:21:35.280 well you're supposed to do it i think it's two times a day morning morning afternoon evening
00:21:40.220 two pumps in the morning two in the afternoon i don't recall those all i recall is that you do it
00:21:45.400 and it lasts for about six hours.
00:21:47.440 I believe what they say on the little box
00:21:49.440 is like three times a day.
00:21:50.780 Well, there is new packaging
00:21:52.400 because the little guy is new.
00:21:53.980 But I have the little guy, but I haven't read.
00:21:56.000 I've torn into the package like an expert.
00:21:58.580 No, I was going to say, unfortunately,
00:21:59.480 there is like a plastic issue.
00:22:00.900 Like it is quite, feels a little wasteful.
00:22:02.380 It's a 30 day.
00:22:03.260 Oh.
00:22:03.860 It lasts 30 days.
00:22:04.960 It's a little plastic thing.
00:22:05.920 You know, it's unfortunate that you can't just refill it.
00:22:07.740 I will say that.
00:22:08.340 Okay.
00:22:10.600 This is Ryder Strong
00:22:11.740 and I have a new podcast called The Red Weather.
00:22:13.960 It was many and many a year ago in a kingdom by the sea.
00:22:19.960 In 1995, my neighbor, Anna Trainor, disappeared from a commune.
00:22:23.700 It was hard to wrap your head around.
00:22:25.020 It was nature and trees and praying and drugs.
00:22:28.660 No, I am not your guru.
00:22:32.440 And back then, I lied to my parents.
00:22:35.060 I lied to police.
00:22:36.340 I lied to everybody.
00:22:37.320 There were years right where I could not say your name.
00:22:40.280 I've decided to go back to my hometown in Northern California,
00:22:42.740 to interview my friends, family, talk to police, journalists, whomever I can to try to find out
00:22:47.720 what actually happened. Isn't it a little bit weird that they obsess over hippies in the woods
00:22:52.060 and not the obvious boyfriend? They have had this case for 30 years. I'll teach you sons of
00:22:57.720 to come around here and my wife. Boom, boom. This is The Red Weather. Listen to The Red Weather 1.00

00:23:12.740 Kids, the closer you'll be.
00:23:14.840 So we asked kids, what do you want your parents to hear?
00:23:18.820 I feel sometimes that I'm not listened to.
00:23:21.080 I would just want you to listen to me more often
00:23:23.040 and evaluate situations with me and lead me towards success.
00:23:27.860 Listening is a form of love.

00:23:40.780 Crook and Chase Nashville chats with the coolest cat in country music.
00:23:44.940 He is edgy.
00:23:45.760 He's fun.
00:23:46.780 He is Chase Matthews.
00:23:48.260 Keith Urban helped make him a global sensation last year,
00:23:51.020 but it's his recent number one hit, Darling, that put Chase on the map
00:23:54.020 and launched a fun and difficult conversation about lovers who cheat and lie.
00:23:59.280 That's why I'm scared to get married.
00:24:00.620 You're giving me trust issues, brother.

00:24:39.600 Leila, dare to ask the question.
00:24:42.080 Is badness hereditary?
00:24:44.120 And finally, we'll meet Rosamund.
00:24:46.220 If it wasn't for the year where Ella lived,
00:24:49.060 she wouldn't have died on that fatal night.
00:24:51.980 You'll even get to meet my mum in that one,
00:24:53.700 who I can always count on to keep my feet on the ground.
00:24:56.740 I'm not too intimidated by her.

00:25:47.440 Look at the shape of this water bottle.
00:25:49.940 Isn't it beautiful?
00:25:51.060 I don't know if you can tell.
00:25:52.260 It's glass and it's just got a really nice.
00:25:55.320 Italy.
00:25:56.320 Unreal.
00:25:57.380 Even the bottles there are sensuous.
00:25:59.380 Oh, I had a new idea.
00:26:01.080 I had an idea.
00:26:01.880 We talk of mornings could be huge.
00:26:03.380 and but then I I go and maybe this is just me wrestling you know with the noonday demon or
00:26:08.740 something but but I start to go I never feel right in the day okay and I go it's always been about
00:26:14.040 night for me it's always been about night who am I okay I'm a woman under the stars right
00:26:17.720 then I go but that's always taking the form then of night is this you know these depths to plumb
00:26:24.820 with ecstasy and pleasure and unraveling and all this kind of stuff and then but there's something
00:26:30.380 about it where I go, well, maybe I should be unraveling, you know, do my unraveling into
00:26:34.980 pleasure in the day. Okay. Because it's not my favorite time. And then because night is already
00:26:42.260 luscious to me, maybe I should become a monk at night. Okay. Maybe night should be an entire
00:26:48.240 spiritual journey. So it's, it's, it's breakfast and television in the morning.
00:26:53.660 And then the other reason is, because I have this horrifying feeling daily that I only remember
00:26:59.480 what it means to be alive slash who I am or want to be, you know, like maybe 13 to 15 hours into
00:27:08.000 any given day. And then by then I'm tired and the day, you know, and I go to sleep and then
00:27:13.340 the ball rolls back down the hill. Sisyphusian me. Okay. So I've wondered, well, okay, then perhaps
00:27:21.440 No, again, instead of raging my way through morning and day in the sun, fighting the fight against the feelings of day, and then going, oh, night is here, and then just giving myself over to food and television and an Aperol spritz here in Italy.
00:27:43.960 As you must.
00:27:45.260 Then what if I, why don't I palliatize the morning?
00:27:50.880 Totally.
00:27:51.440 It seems like, why don't I make the day, why don't I soothe myself in the hell of day?
00:27:56.360 I think that's wise.
00:27:57.560 And then actually challenge myself at night when it's all ready.
00:28:00.700 So imagine if I became a monk at night.
00:28:02.720 Imagine if night was when I did profound meditation, you know, Tracy under the stars.
00:28:09.020 Wow.
00:28:09.640 And then sort of like meditated my way into deep dreamland sleep in which I get all the
00:28:15.520 answers night.
00:28:16.180 Night is when I soar and discover and I take back the jewels.
00:28:20.440 and then I awake oh and creative work at night all of it to be a slug of the day yeah to get
00:28:28.460 through the afternoon yeah anoint yourself in the afternoon it's just it's an it's an intriguing
00:28:35.600 idea it is I've been my schedule I mean the joy of doing the show yeah I I just I'm up late
00:28:44.400 right and then i i'm sleeping until my dream would be to wake up at 11 every day i'm doing
00:28:51.720 like 10 30 broadway baby goes to bed baby it's early in the morning manhattan babies don't sleep
00:29:00.400 tight until the dawn what's that you have essentially never seen a play what is that
00:29:10.280 42nd street good night milkman's on his way okay are you feeling it so so to me that was the ecstasy
00:29:19.560 and that is the road ecstasy okay the ecstasy of being a performer is that that the work is at
00:29:26.480 night technically you are the monk at night now i enjoy high and low so i enjoy all day is a is a
00:29:33.400 is a energy saver for the night's performance so the peak is the performance and then
00:29:40.200 post-show unravel so you go so high and then you unravel with dinner you unravel the dinner is
00:29:47.120 that's everything i made a reservation this week for a corner bar which i'm excited to try it's a
00:29:52.960 new wow where's that place downtown it's the it's freaking ignacio it's his new restaurant it's um
00:30:00.200 and you i think this will make you fall to your knees is that i'm okay so i'm gonna butcher his
00:30:06.300 name but it's ignacio mados i think and it's um you know he does freaking ultra paradiso honey
00:30:13.600 okay i am humiliated i think we should cut this because it was just revealed to me that i don't
00:30:21.360 even know the name the man who built me and actually quite literally by the way i'm double
00:30:26.340 checking my body i'm double checking this wait you built me some hips you built me some tips 0.97
00:30:34.700 no you can't this is not getting cut it's fucking hysterical it's his new joint and you're gonna 0.99
00:30:42.280 love this that's what the inspiration is bitch hopefully not top hotel room service hotel room 0.99
00:30:49.220 service are you listening to me oh yeah okay are you absolutely listening so we're talking about 0.89
00:30:55.600 we're talking about staples we're talking about the menu by the way last night got into bed it was
00:30:59.800 12 30 this is a tale of delivery i had the reservation secured for next week i start no
00:31:05.120 i started looking at the menu in preparation for next week i'm seeing short cocktails steak
00:31:09.240 a poivre a burger a spaghetti pomodoro uh just the classic staples just it's just you know i
00:31:16.920 remember my friend talking about the disappointment of a room service menu that doesn't understand
00:31:21.500 that you want certain standards you know yes you're not there for a theme there for their
00:31:29.740 like you you know there's certain things you need when all you have when you have no kitchen let's
00:31:35.760 remember you have no kitchen right I mean you're at the mercy of them I mean not not in the same
00:31:43.880 way anymore now that you can get delivery as we know through other means but sure by the way I've
00:31:48.620 really turned to Airbnb right now did you ever turn away well I mean when I was hotels on the
00:31:55.080 road okay yeah I start to think like I can't have an Airbnb it's gonna be like it's gonna be dusty
00:32:00.540 it's going to be there's gonna be doodads of someone's life uh I don't know like it just
00:32:06.020 starts to sound like it'll be horrible and then when I'm doing Airbnb I'm like hotel is trash
00:32:10.880 and and a lot of them are pristine and comfortable and hotels are trash no that's the and that's of
00:32:17.000 course the horror of the airbnb is there they're it's not like you're often in someone's living
00:32:21.300 space people have you know made them into hotels well but but then but then the i feel like the
00:32:26.760 true glory and it's it's such a it's such an intense research process airbnb and i love it
00:32:33.180 i get i get a definite you know dopamine rush as i search you know i get the hunt it's the hunt
00:32:39.340 feeling and piecing together uh what's what from the photos and the reviews and the whole thing
00:32:46.920 and it's it's really really like involved like it's like my whole brain is working and bringing
00:32:52.140 everything i have to it and then like but but so anyway it's like yeah the ones that are really
00:32:57.640 really just like oh someone's managing this place no one's ever lived here no one ever will live
00:33:03.240 here and there's a brand name company running it those even though they look pristine it's like
00:33:08.700 i don't trust it right and then they're the ones that are like okay this guy's gonna be like
00:33:13.460 shuffling out of his house while we're on the way in. And he's going to be like coming back to grab
00:33:18.320 like half of a sandwich that he forgot. And, and that is a concern. Like I almost booked this one
00:33:26.920 place here and he was like, Oh, let me see if I can find a place to stay. Then yes, I can rent it
00:33:34.040 out. And I was like, actually, no, I was like, actually, no, I don't want, I was like, I don't
00:33:39.020 want to i don't want to kick you out and and that's insane airbnb likes to pretend their
00:33:43.800 offerings by immersive you know and then they have experiences right oh here's like a food tasting
00:33:48.560 and then it's like the most tasting i have no okay like a med wait we just take a minute with
00:33:53.600 this imagine imagine they're like for 300 we'll take you to some food carts some food trucks
00:33:59.060 no or like imagine if you worked at airbnb and you were put in charge of experiences like that
00:34:07.600 was it's like oh I work at Airbnb and yeah like I'm head of the experiences department it's like
00:34:11.700 so yeah okay what are we doing this year experiences and they're like well we're
00:34:15.600 really trying to make it let me guess an IPA flight
00:34:18.820 relevant okay you'll make your own tortillas
00:34:23.460 you know the whole thing but like them trying to make it relevant and the whole thing and I
00:34:27.260 I just I feel for them because I know you really are feeling
00:34:31.580 for them right now I feel it yeah it just feels like it feels like a reach it feels like a reach
00:34:35.800 that you can't quite take leave it be what you are no no no by the way you're you're the disrespect
00:34:42.860 for the human experience to create an experience tab on a website do you know it's like no the
00:34:48.380 experiences will happen in fact here's how to ensure you won't have an experience book an
00:34:52.700 experience oh psycho i mean it's just like well unless you know unless you i mean you have to
00:34:59.620 to book fundamental misunderstanding of of reality well you don't see you you don't see a place
00:35:04.720 through a tour you tour a place through a tour I just came up with that okay but by the way if
00:35:11.620 you're like on some stilted I understand if you're like oh I you know my brother my brother-in-law
00:35:16.700 is coming to town we have nothing to talk about so we're gonna go we're gonna have a go scuba
00:35:21.060 diving and have margaritas or whatever like I understand that's the only way well sign me up
00:35:26.960 first of all. I mean, that sounds great. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, like, no, to be absolutely
00:35:33.020 clear, a manufactured experience entered as such. I think that's what's almost, I almost,
00:35:38.520 that's what's almost the problem. You have to enter with the awareness. Yeah. Yeah, exactly.
00:35:43.400 It's almost like, it's like that the word experience almost offends you above anything
00:35:46.740 else. Like it should be like, like service. It's like, oh wait, but, but, but what I want to say
00:35:52.780 is the search for the perfect Airbnb, OK, is when you sort of stumble into something that
00:35:58.580 it's almost like no Airbnb is is permanently like you like this Airbnb, like you stayed a great
00:36:08.520 Airbnb and it's great for certain reasons that cannot hold, for example. OK, so like a good
00:36:15.080 example would be everything's pristine. Oh, it's the perfect Airbnb. Everything's pristine. And
00:36:18.600 it's because it's a second, you're the second person who stayed there. Right. And so it will,
00:36:22.920 that will no longer be true. And however long, unless they keep it up, whatever, all these kinds
00:36:26.840 of, Oh, you know, the hosts really made this one special because they actually left a whole tray
00:36:31.500 of food and homemade spaghetti in the fridge for us. And then, you know, that goes away because
00:36:38.420 they realize they really don't have to offer that or whatever. So an Airbnb, it's a constantly
00:36:42.500 moving target you know they get sued because someone gets ecoli yes okay it's constantly
00:36:48.580 moving target but but that's that's why airbnb still holds in the possibility of life okay
00:36:53.540 possibility of experience because it's like it's like you're passing through a moment
00:36:57.800 where for whatever reason this room is being rented out right here right now this one we're in
00:37:03.440 okay it's it's it's just great it it there we we risked it there were only like two reviews
00:37:09.540 that's the other thing big risk price price person price versus okay risk okay with airbnb
00:37:17.400 they get they do lower prices when they have fewer reviews so they can get their good reviews in
00:37:22.540 so that's another way so you take the gamble you're on the bottom floor because people don't
00:37:27.600 want to book it it might be amazing but if there's no reviews no one's going to book it
00:37:31.660 you're not going to book 300 a night for no reviews i saw a place like that that i almost
00:37:36.860 booked in buenos aires it was unbelievable it looked so special it was like too magical
00:37:41.980 yeah and i only had three reviews and i was like well clearly this is a thing where you show up
00:37:46.800 and they push you they like into the river yeah instantly behead you and make and and thus make
00:37:53.340 no profit right but it's like this one feels like these people have this like and also the mystery
00:38:03.060 like like the not entirely knowing but sort of putting it together like so this one it's like
00:38:07.640 we we can't quite tell if they like own this entire sort of building of apartments or
00:38:13.000 if this one is the downstairs like we don't know exactly what's going on we know they're in the
00:38:18.360 building you know what i mean and like you know like they created a guest apartment for loved ones
00:38:25.620 and friends on occasion to come or something like that and have everything they need you know what
00:38:31.400 mean like have what they need no there isn't an ac in the main room but there is in the bedroom
00:38:36.660 where you really need it when it's hot i always think that the the bedroom is so i'm just slipping
00:38:41.680 yeah into this moment in this particular airbnb that is right i'm gonna do a hard left turn and
00:38:47.600 say there was there was a about maybe eight minutes ago i made a sound of glee which i was

00:45:42.640 I'm sorry.
00:45:49.640 i abandoned my productivity worksheet you know and i was thinking about this i use them to
00:45:57.140 stir myself into action and then i go i don't need it anymore and then i'm going i'm acting
00:46:02.440 i'm working i'm working i'm working and then it all falls apart and i go well whatever happened
00:46:07.220 to that productivity sheet i was where i was filling in the little grid and then and then
00:46:11.880 i realized why it's all falling apart it's the constant it's the novelty of the new 0.95
00:46:16.280 oh shit yeah and what a novelty it is what a drug she is that newness and how she fades 0.95
00:46:25.360 boy does she fade boy the pallor oh can i say something which just please completely again i'm 0.99
00:46:33.520 not married but this i thought was so cool i was with my friend last night he's a genius and she's
00:46:37.820 been married for 15 years and she was like there's this new phrase that i really like which is what
00:46:42.920 is it's like normal marital hate and that like marital hatred is actually like completely normal
00:46:48.940 and healthy and that like it's like the fact that it's like not discussed is like so poisonous to
00:46:54.040 long-term relationships it's like no no normal normal marital hate right like if it's like if
00:47:00.280 it's like no i hate you like yeah like i just thought that was cool just to completely it's
00:47:06.300 it's perfect all the perfect all the time just to throw that in to crack and then also 0.63
00:47:12.520 yeah it's cool and um shadow work within the marriage but even just the mundane the mundane
00:47:19.680 nature of of that i'm so into um i'm so into the aperol spritzes oh are they like a pence there
00:47:28.720 they're just like it's like it's like water you just turn on the faucet everything's pretty cheap
00:47:33.520 so cool then last night i found these in a uh oh i've seen those she's holding she's holding up a
00:47:39.440 glass bottle of an aperol spritz how does that taste i haven't opened one yet i so cute i'm
00:47:46.260 i'm afraid and excited i can't believe i'm not in italy this is hell i mean thank god i'm in
00:47:51.720 new york city doing my off-broadway show standby tickets are available every night oh well done
00:47:57.460 good for you to to offer some standby for the for the people who want to you know live life
00:48:03.140 in the moment day to day that's yeah it's elegant the hags have been out coming to the show i want
00:48:09.160 all the hags to know we are actively working on merch you are going to have merch okay yeah i just
00:48:13.360 we're actively because the homemade merch is the most beautiful sweet thing ever but but we are
00:48:19.600 getting it together the merch is coming you people can't live like that no we love you too much you've
00:48:24.040 given us too much of yourselves so guess what i'm doing tomorrow what going to face gym for a cryo
00:48:30.520 facial a cryo sculpt never had it done i'm attending the uh don't worry darling premiere
00:48:35.980 tomorrow night there i said it wow still have to get the the outfit together exciting but the point
00:48:41.400 is i'm getting a cry i'm getting a cryo facial so will i be sculpted sculpted and snatched
00:48:46.880 by 6 p.m you will have you been hydrating a lot you mean on the skin sorry i meant i thought i
00:48:52.680 meant water you mean topical for once i actually don't mean topical if you can imagine oh um the
00:48:57.720 Hydration has been, so the other day I, without even forcing it, drink a gallon of water, just
00:49:03.520 like naturally it's just thirsty. And I was like, okay, what is this? This isn't obviously not a
00:49:07.960 gallon. This is a liter. I think a gallon is a gallon. A gallon is a classic jug. Oh, you know
00:49:14.380 what it is, right? Right. Yeah. I'm not sure. But I try to do some days I'm not good. It's true. I
00:49:21.860 mean i should be absolutely hitting two liters a day am i no no i think i should be hitting three
00:49:28.980 i've been doing decently well with water due to chris's business and purchasing it i wouldn't
00:49:35.440 have a sip i wouldn't have a sip in me i have so much guilt surrounding buying water but i'm in
00:49:40.400 this position where i just don't have my normal setup which i have at home of filtration and i'm
00:49:46.660 i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry let's get real tap water i'm sensitive to it i i don't order
00:49:52.780 bottled water at the restaurant because i just can't be brought to spend eight dollars on water
00:49:57.020 but i am i do have a plastic bottle water bottle habit right now it's not good
00:50:04.200 ashamed yeah no i have a i have a half plastic half glass happening right now in napoli yeah
00:50:12.140 I really took the wind out of my excitement at drinking it.
00:50:15.740 Indeed, complexity destroys mood once again.
00:50:21.760 So you're trying to look whatever, sculpted.
00:50:24.000 Snatched, yeah, of course.
00:50:25.200 You could do the really sick thing, which is super hydrate.
00:50:28.880 Remember we talked about this?
00:50:29.600 This is one of these like, can you believe?
00:50:32.740 And then you have nothing but a donut or whatever.
00:50:36.260 Tomorrow you don't drink any water, okay?
00:50:38.480 And because your body's used to processing water so much,
00:50:41.680 you'll piss it all out and then you'll go okay and you'll be you'll be your face will be made
00:50:48.760 of so many angles okay and the mute that I'm wearing this dress I think that's like
00:50:54.240 this corset it's so tight I'm like terrified I haven't tried it on in months I'm terrified it
00:50:59.420 like won't fit or like it's so tight that like standing it looks amazing but will I even be
00:51:03.740 able to sit you know will I even be able to sit at the film of course it usually really only gets
00:51:08.440 at the i think you're fine and um but but isn't it amazing i just want to take a second to think
00:51:13.860 about how is there any like brand i'm branding but kind of that's that was that did more for
00:51:21.420 pushing all sorts of things forward okay then the concept of something that stars do to prepare for
00:51:28.280 the red carpet oh my god well listen i'll never right no no it's is there anything more seductive
00:51:34.880 no not a single thing because the red carpet is the closest thing we have to
00:51:40.640 i don't know what death the ultimate pageantry yeah no no death it's it's coffin preparation
00:51:47.880 it's your own corpse that you're powdering and preparing for view separated from yourself
00:51:54.540 the film the film of you on the on the red carpet see this is why i refuse to um if if i should ever
00:52:01.080 find myself on a red carpet i won't say a single word okay i won't say a single word because i can't
00:52:07.260 because that will be my coffin and so i must only be silent no speaking on the red carpet i say
00:52:13.340 absolutely absolutely was there a time when they did an interview in the red carpet all we got was
00:52:19.300 footage of them walking in am i saying there should not be talking that that sound that sound
00:52:28.300 a sudden breaking in of this even the star's voice i'm more and more don't want to speak
00:52:33.680 yeah um so actually i am wearing oh hey yeah and guess what the illusion is shattered because what
00:52:40.680 there was a god and now there is another is a man yeah there was a chatter chatter hound i mean it's
00:52:48.780 just and i'm not looking to be i'm not looking for the stars to be just like us when i watched 0.79
00:52:53.460 red carpet no i it is it is the only fucking ritual that's any meaning for us we're so used 0.83
00:53:06.200 to it so like you have like whatever makeup companies they're called like red carpet or 0.89
00:53:09.960 something you know what i mean like we're so used to it yeah it's like it is like amazing
00:53:13.860 like well you know stars they go to this facialist for massage when they're getting
00:53:19.720 ready for red carpet yeah and you're like what and it's like that same overkill thing when i
00:53:25.020 wanted the people that handle hoarders to to like do like basic straightening my home i'm like i'll
00:53:30.080 hire them because imagine what the overkill will do same there imagine if i got you know oh they
00:53:36.500 do that for my carpet what if i did it every day yeah oh well i saw a friend sent me it was and
00:53:43.020 again we love zip but it's like the zip instagram and it was like this was what they said to do for
00:53:50.980 you i'm gonna just i'm gonna read it it's poo why not yeah cleanse with lay you biologique with
00:53:55.760 bioderma mixed in which was interesting to me i have the lay you i was like oh the bioderma

00:54:05.540 yeah this is on zips so zip and br are in bed together yeah rinse the bulk off with a hand
00:54:12.120 towel and follow up with rifa what's that rifa don't know apply crystal gel wait rifa is a is a
00:54:21.480 refa as far as i know yeah isn't that a device like a oh it says the rifa follow up with the
00:54:27.800 rifa what's that what's the rifa this you're it's like a similar rolling device okay wow i have okay
00:54:35.160 that it's like powered by the sun or something shut up what okay powered by the sun keep reading
00:54:42.480 it it's too hard to explain the okay i'm looking at it oh the rifa no rifa i basically have one
00:54:48.500 of those it's like a roller it's like two silver balls on the end of a stick okay i believe the
00:54:53.380 rifa is said to have something more going on to it some kind of magnetic something or other it
00:54:57.920 doesn't plug in but there's some kind of you know i recall this being explained we would like them
00:55:03.800 sent to us immediately it says follow up with the rifa apply the gel the zip gel use shawnee's
00:55:10.860 lymphatic drainage tool on top of the gel zip on founder's favorite the nano current cleanse off
00:55:17.520 gel pat dry soak face and biologics serum and then it says amniotique elastin serum are all
00:55:25.040 great choices i have had the amniotique found it so hydrating it's the texture of water i couldn't 0.96
00:55:28.880 believe the hydration offered wow then derma roll always roll linear show yeah i'm not fucking 0.93
00:55:36.180 kidding you hold on kate this is on z-i-i-p's correct you sure not not zip lover not zip 0.90
00:55:45.300 lover.com official okay i'm sure always roll linear strokes then apply gust when all when
00:55:53.780 the tide rises all boats lift over there it's yeah absolutely and then it says apply the
00:55:59.120 augustinus bader to eyelids apply cream mask via vernice biologique everywhere you treated with
00:56:04.960 the roller after the serum is soaked in then you'll apply the metamorphic topped off with
00:56:11.160 finishing fluid silk by biologique make sure to sleep on a clean pillowcase that's what we're
00:56:17.040 supposed to be doing what nightly or to prepare for the oscars no i i think this is just like
00:56:22.620 regular prep oh i thought this was sorry i was locked into my own no no it sounds like it is
00:56:28.320 oscar prep but it's not i have questions i have questions so do i was this a you know the god
00:56:35.920 father where they kill everyone at once is this happening simultaneously on every instagram feed
00:56:40.600 of all those brands did they did they get together and say here is a three device six brand drop no
00:56:49.180 no so there's a video here okay here's what it is it's her doing it this is just her what she's
00:56:58.800 doing to her face okay anyway whatever i'm there's too much here to to possibly absorb
00:57:06.040 just follow the zip instagram account interesting and you know i don't know i don't know if this
00:57:12.340 does anything for us but i've seen others do it don't be afraid to throw a little poog podcast
00:57:17.160 sent me here um that's for sure and it'll do as you will okay do do what you know is supposed to 0.98

00:57:30.820 the off the promise of that single Instagram post by the way I'll say one thing BR has never touched
00:57:38.320 my face okay wow BR has never touched my face and I think it's time because I'm hungry and excited
00:57:46.280 for something fresh in the mix my my my dear old friends the ones that i was giving the skincare

00:59:15.120 facial i told them i can't do any extractions because i'm on i'm on camera i'm close you can't
00:59:20.920 yeah and i got a i was shocked i got a facial massage with products and that made my skin soft
00:59:28.440 whatever i just had a great it was a micro i had the br facial you did oh yeah yeah of course you
00:59:33.200 did of course you did but what i told them because i like to keep them guessing the friends
00:59:36.820 you know when they come at me with when they've plateaued and should they you know should they
00:59:40.680 re-up on the same products and the whole thing okay you know you know and i like to be kind of
00:59:45.640 like i i like to um be like sort of rude and surprising to to establish my dominance and
00:59:51.100 power like what so like my friend will send me these pics from the from tj maxx you know they
00:59:56.120 have a beauty section with stuff on wild discount and i was like she sends me these photos of the
01:00:02.220 entire like every shelf in the store in that section and then i zoom in and send her back
01:00:06.940 what she should get okay and what she shouldn't get but like they found some goop you know goop
01:00:12.580 glow like peel like really really cheap and there was some lineage products that i encourage whatever
01:00:17.600 and then like there's there's like six shelves of vitamin c of various like brands that aren't
01:00:23.040 brands i'm particularly interested in it's a very specific kind of brand you'll sometimes see
01:00:26.940 no i'm not interested in and i go no i know i go don't trust it vitamin c is a shelf life this is
01:00:34.200 not the thing that you want to risk getting tjs okay i need and i i have yet yeah no no you're
01:00:39.880 right i've been using the doctor still still no vitamin c i have too i've been using that
01:00:44.600 and i and i like it the under eye cream the brightening i'm using the moisturizer
01:00:48.100 so I was a little worried the serum was a little too thick for me for the summer yeah the serum
01:00:54.660 the vitamin c serum stuff it's a bit thick for the summer I feel but you mean the one that's
01:00:58.500 in a dropper right yes yes well that one I see as it's in that because I think it's got real
01:01:05.020 serious actives in it vitamin c I think so too it's I think the ferulic acid or something might
01:01:09.500 be there because it's got that like you know meat smell that yeah it's a real deal it's the real
01:01:15.460 do so i feel like at night but but yeah but i don't put it everywhere okay that's the other
01:01:19.860 thing you know where do you put it what do you mean i put it in the places that i'm specifically
01:01:24.220 like really concerned i'm not like working it into my nose at the moment okay i'm putting it
01:01:28.960 on the places where i see like sun damage and stuff because like i didn't see god you change
01:01:33.560 everything with a word she changes it all but i try so i try to keep them guessing you know
01:01:38.040 so that they'll they'll stay oh my god my one friend deirdre she she literally she's like i
01:01:43.540 got a I got a you know a product sample pack of Biosance she's like you know like sample of their
01:01:50.300 line and I was like okay I was like um glad that you listened to me when I said get Biosance oil
01:01:57.560 but I do I'm sorry I don't recall telling you to get the whole line in any form or fashion
01:02:03.060 right and she's like and then she goes she I saw it on Reese Witherspoon's Instagram she goes
01:02:10.700 her skin looked really good i go wait you didn't even get you weren't even headed to bioscience
01:02:17.080 because of me it was race yeah devastated yeah i was devastated um and and uh and then said
01:02:25.460 and she's like yes i'm like don't be seduced by entire lines don't be seduced by regimens okay
01:02:29.880 they're just trying to get you know they don't necessarily have the best eye cream just because
01:02:34.240 over here they have something else you know and so she's like it just seems so easy like
01:02:40.100 you know just one and done thrill of the whole line we talk about this all the time the thrill
01:02:44.520 of the line yes the regimen the shared packaging and she goes it's just so easy and I go nothing
01:02:49.020 says easy as just buying what I tell you and not buying anything else when they make purchases
01:02:53.960 without consulting anger I mean I see the anger it's like don't come to me don't don't waste time
01:03:04.800 at the master's feet okay and whatever but but it's like it's like the most fun i have the most
01:03:12.880 fun like it's so far the lord lord knowledge oh but then they're like what's next and i'm like
01:03:19.180 you want to take it to the next level i'm like yeah read up on the products keep it consistent
01:03:22.900 like what about neck cream i'm like jury's out on that just cream present i go right and i go but i
01:03:31.000 go stretches stretches he's like yeah i go you know it's about you know it's what's under the
01:03:36.900 skin that counts oh yeah neck stretches neck massage etc you know the whole thing so what
01:03:42.160 i'm thinking next is device i'm thinking of introducing them to a device yeah i've heard
01:03:49.480 what's it gonna be where does it start i've heard the face to the face is that what you have
01:03:53.480 jacqueline the face gym microcurrent it's like crazy yeah yes yes i ordered it direct from the
01:04:00.320 company though yeah and do you love it yes wow yes it's stronger and you know i was it's so strong
01:04:10.160 i was worried that it would cause problems in security that's why i brought my humble zip
01:04:13.920 okay they're not gonna like that who zip zip zip corporate i don't know i mean i mean it's like
01:04:25.040 it's suggesting that like and by the way the zip creates a twitch when i pull the zip over certain
01:04:29.940 areas muscles are moving oh no no no the zip is i that's what i'm i still might recommend the zip
01:04:36.700 because first of all programming software is not irrelevant to be able to go along with her and
01:04:43.040 and use the tool in specific ways for different purposes with different currents has real value
01:04:49.680 and i swear by i have to say i swear by for breakouts and you feel under the surface i
01:04:56.100 swear by the zip and guess who i also love honey solo wave i know i've got my right here haven't
01:05:03.460 touched it no no i i really have come to depend on it and if i have zits or something i make a 0.93
01:05:08.860 point to solo wave over it and guess what the zit goes down healing time going down shit oh my god 0.92
01:05:17.240 i just fucking i twisted the wrong way no really hard it's falling off it's no i didn't even go 0.96
01:05:25.300 really hard i know what's happened here look at this look at this it's a nightmare 0.98
01:05:27.760 oh my god 360 degrees of zip you just broke your solo wave live on poog
01:05:37.000 now if this isn't you warn you to not twist it the wrong way
01:05:43.100 and now it will never turn off no i don't i don't even know how it happened
01:05:48.680 this is devastating okay wait all right sorry i'm just gonna say that because i want to do
01:05:54.080 another shout out because i'm i the zit stick uh that's all right you've mentioned it because of
01:06:00.960 the horror of having to pronounce it that way yeah yeah and but for a big zit when you're like
01:06:06.180 oh no the zit's gonna completely ruin my life it's astonishing i'm sorry it's astonishing you
01:06:11.920 put it on sleep with it if it's really bad a couple days a little micro darts it goes down
01:06:16.740 it's like micro darts micro darts the application the application okay like you know when the
01:06:26.420 technology appears you usually militaristically and then they get the consumer applications or
01:06:34.700 whatever I'm like it's me the micro dart you know like what else shall it bring us I mean
01:06:41.360 i feel the same way but my glucose monitor which is back on oh wow she's back on it folks back on
01:06:48.700 that and the lumen i mean now i'm just and it's just it's interesting because it's just it's
01:06:53.700 data i watch it uh you know last night my two aperol spritzes spiked fried calamaria little
01:07:02.380 calamari oh my god fried calamari was my dream but it was calamaria little calamari oh wow it
01:07:09.580 was slightly different i'm gonna get a cheeseburger tonight i'm excited been craving it i'm gonna
01:07:15.280 head up the funicular that's a diagonal train that takes you up jagged areas they have them
01:07:23.180 in states and a few areas dream please please post more photos please some more photos we do
01:07:27.660 have to wrap it up i'm going to watch tonight i will i do want to plug my my stand-up special
01:07:33.000 which is now available to watch on hulu it's called cinnamon in the wind i made it for fx
01:07:38.520 I was there I was there yes now am I in the audience so I made it for Jacqueline's been so
01:07:44.840 supportive I haven't so are you ready for this I haven't watched it in three years I'm gonna
01:07:49.320 watch it tonight I filmed this three years ago Bo Burnham directed it three years ago I was in the
01:07:55.880 house literally literally shelved it and I say that also just to talk about just showbiz is a
01:08:02.420 tough town you know you think here I am my special here we go three years pass never got a phone
01:08:08.660 call I mean it really is that brutal so the joy of it it's finally out which is really great
01:08:14.740 and I just want to specify it's completely different than the show I'm doing right now
01:08:19.280 because there's a little it's like whatever but it's uh it's out people have been watching it
01:08:24.240 which is really sweet I love hearing people watching it and I'm going to watch it tonight
01:08:27.660 for the first time in three years which is crazy it the fact i i believe that certain things happen
01:08:34.020 a certain way and i think there's a reason that this is the moment that is supposed to come out
01:08:37.640 perhaps along when you're doing your live show the whole thing okay so you must trust in that
01:08:42.060 i do i feel so excited and i've been worried about this time i've been worried about this time
01:08:47.980 because i've been worried that my laugh now i don't know maybe used because there were two
01:08:53.300 recordings maybe maybe use the early show or the late show i don't know it's mostly just one it's
01:08:57.940 mostly the late show it's like 90 the late show all right then i feel like i feel like no i was
01:09:02.680 i think i was at the early one because i was worried that my laughter was actually going to
01:09:06.200 be a distraction not even just to poog fans okay i laughed so hard and so loud oh seeing your
01:09:15.080 performance i love you that i was actually concerned like it was gonna like like you
01:09:20.480 you know everyone we're gonna be like upset like like she's like me when i saw you do get on your
01:09:27.580 knees i and i was i was like and again this isn't just like oh there's my sister my friend up there
01:09:34.080 i'm like i was just and i and i maintain this i've never laughed harder at a live show in my life
01:09:40.400 can't believe it i can't believe it without any without you by the way like absolutely
01:09:43.940 screaming with laughter i did a thing which has never happened to me where i was stamping my feet
01:09:48.840 like I was I was involuntarily stamping my feet because I was laughing so hard
01:09:54.800 I can't believe it and like howling so hard like screaming howling oh my god and I felt and I too
01:10:03.620 felt a little self-conscious but everyone else was dying too so it was you know it wasn't like
01:10:06.780 alone screaming and howling but anyway it was the best I'll never forget it god I would although
01:10:12.320 that would be what there's so much no no it's just yeah I'm so relieved in some ways that
01:10:17.920 they're protected from, from that. But I, I was, yeah, um,
01:10:22.400 it was pure ecstasy. And I know that I just,
01:10:27.020 there's nothing to be said. Everyone, you know, everyone will see.
